We’re excited to share that Sendcoach is now officially Gmail approved. This means a smoother, hassle-free setup for all new users—no more complicated Gmail connection processes.
For those who navigated the old authorization process to connect your student-athlete’s Gmail, we truly appreciate your patience and support. Thank you for being part of this journey.
New Features Based on Your Feedback
We’ve been working closely with our power users to improve Sendcoach. Here are some of the latest updates now available in the app:
CC/BCC Every Email
You can now CC or BCC emails, making it easier to:
• Add yourself for tracking purposes
• Loop in a trusted coach or advisor
Best practices suggest keeping emails between the student-athlete and college coaches, so use this feature carefully. Thanks to Kerry and Chris for this suggestion.
Edit Reply Subject
Users now have the ability to edit the subject line when replying to emails, giving you more flexibility in managing conversations. Thanks to Noelle for this request.
Multi-User Accounts
Parents and student-athletes can now have separate logins under the same account, eliminating the need to share passwords.
Important: Every user has full email send access, so only add trusted users.
Customizable Pipelines
You can now:
• Edit pipeline column names
• Add new pipelines to better organize your recruiting process
Thanks to Kerry for this great suggestion.
Keep those ideas coming.
